Free standard shipping on all US orders of $149 or more. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our facility in the USA.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
All CREGEN products ship from our warehouse in the United States. The following rates apply to orders shipped within the contiguous US:

Delivery time estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and handed off to the carrier within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During high-demand periods (sales, new product launches), processing may take up to 3 business days — we appreciate your patience.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment on the carrier's website.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to the address associated with your order as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active on the carrier's system.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@cregenusa.com.
PO Box Restrictions
Standard shipping is available to PO Boxes. However, expedited and overnight shipping cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses. If you select an expedited method with a PO Box address, we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery address or downgrade to standard shipping with a refund of the difference.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
- CREGEN is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- Delivery estimates for international orders are 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance times.
- Some countries may restrict the import of certain dietary supplement ingredients. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that CREGEN products are permitted in their country before ordering.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is reported as delivered but not received, please contact us at info@cregenusa.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, where possible, photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.
CREGEN is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend using a secure delivery address. If you are concerned about porch theft, consider selecting a carrier hold or requiring a signature at delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. CREGEN is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing an order, contact us as quickly as possible at info@cregenusa.com — we will do our best to update it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once a label has been generated.
